The following applies if you have registered and paid for any of our services:
- Attending an event
- Attending a Cove Circle Meeting
- Arranged a private reading
Those who cancel more than 7 days prior to the
event will be reimbursed.
Those who cancel up to 2 days before the event
may re-register within 6 months.
Those who cancel within 2 days or do not show
up will not receive credits.
Cancellations are subject to a 20% non-refundable
fee.
Re-booking / event transfers will be charged at 20% of the posted price.
Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first
check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take
some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some
processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have
not received your refund yet, please contact us.
